Shipping Information
Order Processing
We get your gear race-ready in 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or major race events, processing may take slightly longer – we’ll notify you if this affects your order.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your protection where it needs to be:
- Standard Track Shipping (£12.95)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Best for: Riders who need their gear fast
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Best for: Non-urgent orders and international riders
Note for International Riders: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. You may be responsible for customs duties and taxes – these aren’t included in your order total and vary by country.
Our Returns Promise
We stand behind our gear like we stand behind our riders. If your 100% goggles or protection equipment doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process will get you back on track faster than a pit stop.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your gear must be:
- In original, unused condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging (especially important for goggles and helmets)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened goggle lenses (all models including 100% Accuri, Racecraft, Strata, etc.)
- Used body protection (elbow/knee pads, body armour)
- Custom or special order items (like Beta Individual Plastics)
Pro Rider Tip: Considering new goggles? Order multiple lens options and return the unused ones within 15 days. Test different tints for your local tracks while staying within our policy.
How to Return Your Gear
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Key points:
- Repackage items securely in original packaging
- Include all original contents (lens bags, tags, etc.)
- Ship to our Cardiff HQ: 60 St Mary St, Cardiff, GB CF5B 1NP
- We recommend using a tracked service – you’re responsible until we receive the return
International Returns Note: For riders outside the UK, mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. We cannot refund any original customs/duties fees, and return shipping costs are the rider’s responsibility.
Step 3: Processing
Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for processing. We’ll email you:
- Exchange confirmation with tracking details OR
- Refund confirmation with expected timeline
Refund Details
Once processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days (varies by bank)
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or model? We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return.
