You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to purchase from MXSafeWear. Our products are designed for motocross enthusiasts and professionals.

If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and all activities under it.

• Attempt to access other users’ accounts

2. Products & Services

2.1 Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in describing our 100% goggles, protection gear, and accessories, but don’t warrant that descriptions are error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

2.2 Safety Equipment

Our body protection (elbow/knee pads, armour) and helmets are designed to safety standards, but proper fit and usage are your responsibility.

2.3 Availability

Some items (like Beta Individual Plastics) may be special order. We’ll notify you if there are unexpected delays.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we ship your gear.

3.2 Pricing

Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT/customs duties for international riders. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3.3 Payment Methods

Payment is processed at checkout. For security, we don’t store full payment details.

3.4 Shipping

Options:

• Standard Track (£12.95): DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping (Orders over £50): EMS, 15-25 business days after dispatch

International riders: We ship worldwide except certain Asian countries and remote regions. Customs fees are your responsibility.

4. Returns & Exchanges

4.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for:

• Unused items in original packaging
• With all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

• Opened goggle lenses (100% Accuri, Racecraft, Strata, etc.)
• Used protection gear
• Custom/special order items

4.3 Return Process

2. Repackage items securely in original packaging

Original shipping costs aren’t refundable unless we made an error.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, product designs, text) is owned by MXSafeWear/UFO Shop or its licensors. You may not use our branding without written permission.

MXSafeWear isn’t liable for injuries resulting from improper use of motocross gear. Always follow manufacturer guidelines.

We’re not liable for temporary site outages beyond our control, though we strive for uninterrupted service.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.
